The La Judith Pinot is a wine of spectacular opulence, sourced from a single vineyard in the Coal River Valley.

The vines are grown in very shallow soil at the top of a windswept hill.

Seriously low yields, small berries, tiny bunches - makes for super concentration of both dark fruits and plush tannin.

“The 2019 Pinot Noir Judith is starting to hit its straps with complex layers of cherry and cranberry with a dusting of fennel seed, while extended time in oak has provided a strong overall frame. Ethereal on the palate, it slowly gives up ham bone, rhubarb, red cherry and star anise flavours against a background of undergrowth and spice, in a lively package of dusty tannins and fresh acidity that grows to a youthful and vibrant finish.
